Refer a qualified applicant who moves in, and receive a $300 Rental Referral Fee.

Non-Refundable Fees:

Application Fee: $65 per adult residing in the home.
Pet Fees: Determined on an individual basis by property owners.

All adults must submit an application with proof of income and consent to a background check (criminal, credit, and eviction history). Renters Insurance is mandatory.
