Property Showings

Real Estate Agents

All rental listings are available through Canopy MLS.

Agents representing prospective tenants are responsible for showing the property to their clients.

A $300 Rental Referral Fee is available to agents who refer a qualified applicant who is approved and moves into one of our managed properties.

To receive the referral fee, agents must provide a completed W-9 for their brokerage firm.

Rental Applicants

The application fee is $65 per adult applicant and is non-refundable.

All adults intending to reside in the property must complete an application. Applicants must demonstrate gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent and provide valid identification and proof of income.

All applicants are subject to screening for credit, criminal, and eviction history.

Renter's insurance is required.

Pet fees are determined by the property owner and may vary by property.

We do not currently offer Section 8 or Housing Choice Voucher properties.
